WHMCS Client Interface
Websiteproudhosting hosting provides a client portal, powered by WHMCS, which gives access to your stored personal information, web hosting packages and invoices. It's likely that you have never had a reason to access this area unless you experienced problems paying an invoice.
If you wish to verify/update your personal information, view your invoices or simply wish to gain an insight into what is available in your client account, this guide explains how to access your details.
How do I log in?
Visit Websiteproudhosting and select Client login
Here you can login using the email you normally use to communicate with Websiteproud
If you are not sure which email to us, please contact us. If you have forgotten or have never been given a password, simply click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address.
What can I do in WHMCS?
After logging in you'll arrive in your client account
We invite you to take a look around but the main contents of this area are related to:
- Personal details
- Web hosting packages
- Domains (Not all domain names have been registered within WHMCS)
- Invoices
- Knowledge base
- Support tickets
Credit card payments
When paying an invoice by credit card via Stripe, a link to your card details is stored in WHMCS in the form of the expiry date and last 4 digits. The full card details are retained securely by Stripe, not us. If your card expires, you may have to either delete this card or add a new one. These functions can be performed in WHMCS by visiting Billing/Payment Methods within the client area.
Invoice reminders
WHMCS generates all client invoices and sends reminders when unpaid. If you've paid by bank transfer, this system has no knowledge of the transfer so may continue to issue reminders. Unfortunately it also does not always detect all Stripe or Paypal payments automatically. If you do happen to receive an invoice reminder for an already paid invoice, just drop us a line and it will be quickly marked as paid.
